Tim

With over 25 Years experience as a sushi chef and instructor Tim is one of the most highly trained Sushi chefs in San Diego County. Starting his career in the late 90’s under the tutelage of legendary Chef and former Hiyama owner Masa, Tim quickly became head chef. As his career progressed he helped open numerous Sushi restaurants and trained many great sushi chefs. Now Tim wants to share his expertise and extensive knowledge with you. In Tim’s class you will learn the basics and some great sushi making techniques in a fun and relaxed environment.

The Class

Sushi class menu includes 

1 California roll 8 pc

1 Spicy tuna roll 8pc

1 Salmon roll 6 pc

1 Yellowtail hand roll

4 pc chef’s choice nigiri

(Our full bar is open for drinks if you wish to purchase during & after the class)

If you can’t reach the class minimum of 8 people we do have a class on every third sunday of the month. please contact Tim to sign up.

More Class Info...

  • Class minimum is 8 people with a max of 14 in your party.
  • As of now classes are offered on Saturdays & Sundays with the class beginning at 12.30 pm.
  • The class usually runs about 2 hrs.
  • Afterwards you eat your meal!! Yummy!!!
